Half day fun is perfect for teacher cover, youth clubs, mentoring groups, scouting and guiding groups.
4 hours full of fun activities aimed to inspire all through photography. These sessions are very easily adapted for any age or ability groups.
Activity days run on weekends and during the holidays. These are usually in partnership with local organisations such as farms and museums. Our popular partners include Museum of Bath at Work, Chippenham Museum and Bath City Farm. Keep an eye out for more exciting venues!
A unique way to spend your birthday! 90 minuets of photography for you and 9 of your friends. Camera’s and props are supplied by The Photo Club, each person will get the opportunity to use an DSLR camera. Learn new tips and techniques while laughing and having fun! You will have the opportunity to choose your venue depending on the chosen theme.
Choose from a variety of themes such as: Studio photography, Shadows and shapes, Flowers and Bugs, People and portraits, Outdoors/ Seasons, Black and White, Buildings, Toy Photography.
Each person will receive their favourite photograph printed and framed to commemorate the day. There is also an option to order photography based party bags and an personalised camera cake to enjoy at the end of the session.
FOCUS is a small group project which uses photography to improve mental health and wellbeing. In 4 60 minuet sessions or an half day we aim to improve your confidence and learn basic photography skills in the great outdoors. We will do lots of walking and explore the local area helping to improve your fitness. You will improve your social skills by talking and walk with others.
This project is for anyone, any age, wanting to improve their wellbeing.
Focus is a great project for those experiencing or recovering from anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.
Fun filled photography after school clubs will run termly or 6 weekly. We work with the schools, on their premises, to create a project that suits the students. The club is designed for all abilities of learning in a relaxed environment.
We aim to enhance imagination and develop a lifelong skill. In groups of 15- 20 the young people will learn basic skills and techniques to capture creative photographs.

Creative photography projects are based on chosen themes. It will include lots of DIY tasks, fun filled group activities and photo challenges to assist getting creative with photography.
Activities include: Build your own studio, DIY filters, Light painting photography, Alphabet photography, Printing pictures onto wood, Toy photography.
Creative photography can be booked for a half day (4hours) or on a 4 weekly basis (60 minuet sessions). Look out for our pop up creative photography sessions during the holidays and weekends.
We run a variety of photography projects for home educated young people. Ongoing projects in Bath run on Monday Afternoons and Bristol on Friday mornings.
4 Week Intro to photography
This project is aimed at young people who want to learn about photography in a relaxed, fun environment. Your child will get the opportunity to use a DSLR camera. By the end of the 4 weeks your child will have a better understanding of photography and will be using creative tips and techniques to take more meaningful photographs. We will explore the venue and local area to hunt for the perfect photographs as part of a photography challenge. At the end of the project each young person will receive their favourite photo printed and framed to commemorate the project.
Camera settings – 4 week
This 4 week project is aimed at young people who want to learn more about camera settings. Get the opportunity to use and learn the basics of an DSLR camera. Each week we will look at the different settings such as sports mode & macro. By the end of the 4 weeks your child will have a better understanding about which settings do what.
Project – 6 week
Learn photography tips and techniques as well as building a sketch book or blog to reflect on the chosen project title. Young people will choose their project title after a group discussion and research. We will explore various photography techniques in detail. This 4 week photography project will ensure you complete the Bronze Arts Award. This bundle will include assessment and certificate fees with our assessor, Luminara King. Young people will take part in photography activities, visit an art gallery, research photographers and get a chance to speak and quiz a professional. Young people will be challenged to improve their communication and social skills. They will receive a sketch book to create a portfolio to record their progression. On completion they will receive a Bronze Arts Award Badge and certificate from trinity college London. Bronze arts award is an Level 1 in the arts.
